This image is meant to represent things that are important to me. The image of the books and guitar are two things I enjoy doing in my free time. The picture of the river is one of my favorite places to visit, and the flowers represent the beauty of nature and art. One of my favorite parts of this image are the way the petal of the flower goes over my eye, as it almost feels like it's becoming a part of me. To make this image, I cut out the background of the books, guitar, and selfie, and overlaid them onto the image of the river and the flowers, which have a lower opacity. Overall, I think this image really represents me as a person and what makes me happy.

The intention of this double exposure image was to convey a message of hope and renewal. I wanted to express that every day is a new opportunity for growth, and there is no room for regret in your life. This image took a lot of experimentation. I based it on a tutorial on YouTube, and then added some of my own elements such as making the background an image instead of a solid color. I like the contrast between color and greyscale in the image. I think this double exposure is better than the one I made at the beginning of the trimester because it is simultaneously simpler but more interesting than the other.
